Richard Ignatowicz started the evening by giving us the latest mortgage products and updating us on new lenders in the market place. Arthur Kemp of HMO tax consultants joined us in Manchester to share a really interesting update on Capital Allowances and TAX! Yes thats right, it was TAX and really interesting in the same sentence. Arthur shared with us how you can legitimately not pay HMRC a penny. Recapping on some of the historical rules around Capital Allowances, Arthur demonstrated how you can claim tax back on capital allowances. David explained how to source property for sale at auction and who is most likely to be buying and selling at auction.
