Landlords will now have the opportunity for a TSB buy-to-let mortgage through an intermediary as the bank now offers these through brokers. TSB intermediary is initially offering five-year deals up for 75% LTV and a maximum loan size of £500,000.
This is the most recent update for TSB Intermediary which launched in January 2015 and follows the launch of remortgage products in March 2015. Both TSB buy-to-let and homeowner mortgages will operate under just one brand, so brokers will contact the same team and the same BDM.
