Houses prices in some of the biggest cities are forcing a steady stream of people in their 30s and 40s to leave due to them being unable to afford family homes. This has caused a transformation of the countryside as they move out to suburbs and villages.

Figures showed cities like Manchester suffered a net loss of 3,600 from internal migration.

Similar patterns are being seen all over the country. One thing we’ve found is that people often assume they can’t afford the property they would like and are surprised that with initiatives like HelpToBuy and NewBuy they’re able to buy a suitable property.

We can help all types of buyers so don’t assume you can’t do something until you’ve had a professional opinion.
