Rightmove.co.uk House Price Index (HPI) up 2.8% from Sept 09

However the amount of stock available is down 36% on 2007 and Rightmove.co.uk state that the 0.2% year on year rise is lead by London and that “Lack of fresh stock is the driving factor behind this record high.”
