The Wigan Property Event

Well I braved the wind and the rain last night to travel to The Wigan Property Event. I thought it would take me just 45 minutes to get there, but an hour and a half later I arrived! It was a small select group last night of just 7 people. But to be fair this was only the second meeting and the weather was pretty horrible, so that could be the reason why. Steven Aspinall was running the meeting and Shimon Ruddich was presenting. I was also expecting to see Vanessa Warwick but Steven had to cancel her appearance the day before due to the low numbers. Shimon gave an excellent presentation about lease options. Shimon is the founding partner of solicitors, MS Law in Manchester. He certainly knows his stuff!
