BSA - Industry can work to reform home buying process

Residential landlords in the UK who are looking to add to their rental portfolios could be among those to be encouraged by recent discussions about the home buying process. The Building Societies Association (BSA) said the housing industry can work together to make the process of buying and selling property easier. A recent thought leadership discussion saw the organisation meet with representatives from conveyance firms, estate agencies and consumer bodies to discuss where the housing industry and the government should be looking to aim. According to the BSA, the recent change in government means there is now an opportunity to "get reform right".
