There’s only one big difference between Bill Gates and your local one man band barber. It’s not what you might think. It’s certainly not born skill. It’s not born into wealth. Despite how smart Bill Gates is perceived to be, it’s not necessarily intellect either. It’s as simple as this: Your local one man band has no one working for him.

If he cuts hair at £10ph, he earns £10ph. If he is efficient and works really hard, he might earn £90 a day, or £400 a week. It’s never going to change. Put your prices up to £11ph, not a big difference. Bill Gates has had up to 50,000 employees. For every hour that Bill works, he has 50,000 hours being worked for him, his company and his vision. He could earn 1p ph, and his 50,000 staff only 1p ph, and that is still £500ph.
You know that Microsoft is [still] a $multi-billion company, and Bill would never be able to do that on his own.
Bill Gates uses maximum leverage.
The hairdresser uses almost none. And that is the significant difference between successful, wealthy property investors, and hard working, one man band investors who can’t make ends meet and are working hard getting nowhere.
If you apply leverage, you’ll achieve 10 or 100 times what you have been on your own time, in one fifth or one tenth of the time. It might sound hard for some to grasp; you understand the concept, perhaps you just have to re-learn (or un-learn) a few things that you were taught previously. Release the guilt associated with not ‘working’ hard, and get more done in less time with more leverage or OPM and O PT.
Put simply, it is achieving more, with less. More money with less money. More time with less time. More results, less effort.
Or this is happening to you, in reverse, and you’re working for someone else’s vision, being leveraged by them.
A Property investors’ success is down to how much or how little they leverage, and this report will help you start with your outcome clear in your mind, and give you the shortest possible route to financial freedom… Click here to download report
